Bodily Harm is a legal term used commonly. It means harm to the body or injury done to anybody. Any offence which involves damage to the body or mainly physical damage is known as bodily harm. This legal term is very prevalent in Canada , Australia, England and other law jurisdictions. A bodily harm can be grievous also which may ultimately result in death of a person also.
