The Government of India revoked Article 370 of the Constitution of India on August 6, 2019 and bifurcated the existing state of J&K into two Union Territories, namely UT of J&K and UT of Ladakh.

Today, the Supreme Court gave 1 week time for RBI and centre to file their replies and observations on the issue of loan moratorium and interest payment for sectors that have claimed they deserve repayment consideration because of the Covid-19 pandemic.
