Plea in SC seeks refund of Exorbitant amounts charged by private hospitals and labs

Chief metropolitan magistrate court Mumbai has remanded Republic TV CEO Vikas Khanchandani for 2 days under police custody. He was arrested this morning by Mumbai police in the fake TRP scam case.

Amid the talks between farmers and centre, a group of former civil servants through a letter stated that the farm laws are unconstitutional and an assault on the federal structure of the constitution. Even though they did not mention any merits and demerits, they pointed it as unconstitutional.

Recently, a study conducted by a Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad stated that 85% of the parents were not able to access anything in lieu of the mid-day meals since March, when the schools were closed due to pandemic. Following which, the Gujarat HC took suo moto cognizance on this matter.
