The inter-state border dispute between Odisha and Andhra Pradesh over Kotia panchayat has once again reached the honourable Supreme Court. The government of Odisha has sought SC to initiate contempt proceedings against AP for violation of status quo agreed upon by the 2 states more than 50 years ago.
