An appeal has been filed by the Telangana Fire Works Dealers Association in the honourable Supreme Court of India challenging the Telangana HC order wherein the HC banned the use and sale of fireworks during Diwali. The association submits that this order has financial repercussions and would lead to hardship to the members of the petitioner-Association.
