Law Officer

Working knowledge and experience of NCLT, SPECIFIC LAWS RELATED TO RECOVERY – SARFAESI ACT 2002 (amended from time to time), IBC 2016 and related acts is a MUST REQUISITE.

Candidates who have done RP course- Resolution Professional will be preferred.

Experience – Min 10 years

Preference given to candidates with 10 years as Law Officer in NBFC or ARC or Bank.

Education – Minimum LLB – PREMIUM INSTITUTES ONLY – REGULAR ONLY

Should be a hard worker and thorough in reading files and documents.

Good communication skills.
Candidates with correspondence courses in Law such as CCS, AJMER – NEED NOT APPLY
