About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Drafting and vetting all legal documents pertaining to the business of the company (NDA, license agreement, lease agreement, service agreement, legal notices, etc.)
2. Convening and servicing meetings in line with statutory and regulatory requirements/follow-ups
3. Filing various documents/returns as required under the provisions of the company law
4. Liaising with the company's authorized legal representatives and providing them all necessary documentary support to make sure the company is represented in the best possible way on any legal matters
5. Ensuring corporate governance and secretarial compliances under the Companies Act and rules thereunder
6. Creating and maintaining filing/documentation

Who can apply

Only those candidates can apply who:

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship

2. can start the internship between 4th Dec'20 and 8th Jan'21

3. are available for duration of 6 months

4. are from Mumbai and neighboring cities

5. have relevant skills and interests

Other requirements

1. Candidates must have basic knowledge of legal drafting

2. Must not be freshers

3. Male candidates with personal vehicles would be preferred as one may be required to visit lawyers/clients and courts

4. Only candidates who are comfortable with coming to the office and moving around can apply
