About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Drafting and vetting all legal documents pertaining to the business of the company (NDA, license agreement, lease agreement, service agreement, legal notices, etc.)
2. Convening and servicing meetings in line with statutory and regulatory requirements/follow-ups
3. Filing various documents/returns as required under the provisions of the Companies Law
4. Assisting management with effective legal advice and attending legal matters as and when required
5. Liaising with the company's authorized legal representatives and providing them all necessary documentary support to make sure the company is represented in the best possible way on any legal matters
6. Ensuring corporate governance and secretarial compliances under the Companies Act and rules thereunder
7. Creating and maintaining filing/documentation
8. Scrutinizing property documents and drafting notices and replies on various issues

Note: This is a 6-day working profile and male candidates would be preferred as one may be required to visit lawyers/clients & courts.

1. Candidates having two-wheelers(bike/scooter) would be preferred

Note: You will be required to travel to the office every day. This is not a work from home opportunity. Please apply only if you can travel to western suburbs every day (Andheri - Vile Parle).
